On June 4, I felt a mixture of pride, joy, and gratitude when BeyondCurious was named Boutique Agency of the Year by thinkLA. The annual thinkLA IDEA Award celebrates creativity in the Los Angeles marketing and advertising community. Agencies are nominated for categories ranging from best social campaign to media agency of the year. Congratulations to OMD for being named media agency of the year and to Deutsch L.A. for winning the full service agency of the year honor.
This award is a challenge for us to raise the bar even higher. We constantly push our clients to innovate and gain marketplace momentum. - On April 7, we announced the launch of CatalystGo, an offering that helps companies develop high-impact digital products better, faster, and more cost effectively. With CatalystGo, businesses have a tool to build momentum through innovation. CatalystGo is a flexible and responsive framework for innovation, rather than a rules-based methodology. With CatalystGo, integrated teams of researchers, strategists, designers and technologists incubate ideas and build products in two-week sprints, a process that unleashes creativity while minimizing risk.
- On May 26, we announced the launch of BeyondCurious Academy. Through BeyondCurious Academy, we are developing the skillsets and mindset required to innovate, starting with our own team. BeyondCurious Academy codifies our best thinking in working with both market leaders such as Lexus and disruptive brands such as GoPro. BeyondCurious Academy is an incubator designed to develop the talent needed to innovate in the mobile age by teaching people how to flourish in a non-linear, unstructured environment.
